Everyone loves to hear that we did something good, and most of us are willing to listen to someone point out areas that have improved with regard to the criticism that comes with your best interests at heart.
Leaders give encouraging feedback, their employees, even if the performance back up to expectations.

Too often managers sit down with staff to see a list of tasks and send them on their path. Unfortunately, the waiting hand the employee a piece of paper and that it is out there - that why they hired for the position, is not it?
Leaders are taking a completely different view of their role and they take every opportunity to develop people, whilst working as a team together. Leaders believe will help their employees to achieve goals is a shared responsibility, those who can benefit greatly.
